Well, maybe I won't sleep that well, because I just laugh my heart out when I read this part of the news.

"What's surprising to me is how much of a horse-race Microsoft is making out of this with Nintendo."

If this is not a totally blind Microsoft reporter, I'm wondering what it is... Quite a horse race indeed. Microsoft horse had a one year lead, and is already behind Nintendo!!! I hope this guy is not betting his Microsoft paycheck on horses : ) ...

This is NEWS 4 Gamers...

Please, if somebody here, didn't knew about this "news", let us know. If somebody here is still not aware that the Wii as already sold more than the 360 in half the time, let us know. If somebody doesn't know there's been more Wii sold than the PS3, let us know. We are here to help you.

Now, back to the NEWS please. I don't think anybody will raise their hand here, and say: "Wow, I didn't knew about that, thanks for posting...

Yep, for quite a while, the Wii and the 360 space, in most flyers was about twice as big as the PS3. There was no love whatsoever from BestBuy. Future Shop was not too kind either. Forget ToyRUs. It was almost funny to see half a page in the flyer about the Wii, games and accessories, when the Wii was not even available in store, and then 3 pages later, one quarter or less, of the page, at the bottom, about the PS3...

But now, it's all around. Quite often the PS3 is showed firs...

Years ago, background music was done by one man on a cheap synthetiser. Today, you get an orchestra. Do you feel like going back to those endless 7 note melody again? Not me.

Years ago, you had no graphical artist... The programmer would sit down, draw a 20 pixels (huge, pixels, huge!) something that looked like a two legged human, and made those sprites glide across the screen. Background was blue, or green... Want to go back? Not me.

I'm willing to pay mor...

Truly, I never sold a PC game in my life! By the time I get bored with them, they are usually worth nothing, so I rather keep them, even as a coaster....

Could not wait when it came out, and bought the PC version. ($10 cheaper to boot). Was worrying because I kind of like the fact that console games have a better resale value than PC. (Though Valve is pretty great for that too, since I could easily give HalfLife to a friend, since I also had it already... Great job Valve). Now I'm glad I did it then.

Poor EA... Won't help selling other games in the future either.

I never said the game was not finished!!! Read again.

I said quite often it doesn't include all the languages. Sometime the background music is not that finished, they simply put a warning about it on the DVD (I've even heard of one review DVD with no background music). Those, and many other things like that are quite often added quite late in the process.

BUT, the game is complete. So you get all the sounds, all the video, everything that make a game, a game...

When they send a review game, it's still far from the release version.

First: It's only in english. Yep, even if it's sent to asia! Unless, it's an asian game. They seem to make two review version then, and most of the time, the english version show up after. Release versions of the game quite often have up to 6 langages. That's a lot more information, 6 different voices, but also coding menus and all.

Secondly: They also quite often cut corners in other are...

Strangely, as usual with ALL the games today, things ALWAYS get postponed for legal and approval issues. Yet, everybody is thinking the tools are not ready yet. I'd bet you that somebody forgot that Sony had to approve the fact that suddenly a tool would become available to make mods for a Playstation game. Let me see: My lawyers will call your lawyers, just to make sure everything is fine... We will be lucky if they don't talk about this until 2011. It's a bit out of the usual: Ok, we...

Yep, I never visit the 360 side. There's tons of hardcore PS3 fans. I would suspect Nasim was visiting the "dark side" regularly, but please, give me the name of some PS3 fans who have nothing better to do, than trolling the 360 side all day long, searching for bad news...

I'm not talking about comment bashing. So many post get crossposted, just to start the comment war. I'm talking posting bad news after bad news. Having a whole team of people behind you.

Just give it a shot yourself, and you will see that somehow, anybody can think Bloodmask is paid to do it. Sure, there's plenty of bad news all around for every consoles. But at this point, you're wondering if there's not even a full team of people behind bloodmask. He is digging every articles from every website. That's a huge task. Just think about how much time you just spend surfing the web everyday. Most people who surf N4G normally also visit 2 or 3 more sites like this one and spend e...

The whole principle with EoJ is being able to play with someone, anytime of the day or night. There's so many cards games available, like Pokemons or Magic the Gathering, where you have to go to your local card shop to play, I'm don't see the point of doing the same thing with EoJ unless you're in a camping trip somewhere in the wood, and really, really fill the itch to play a game. And even then, the PS3 is the ultimate referee, never making any mistakes in the the mana or h.p. count, makin...

Lately though, it's on more often then off. So many good games, so little time. Luckily, it's winter here, so since most of that electricity going in, generate heat going out, it's not as bad as it look. After all, have to heat the house here anyway!

That's what sad about N4G... Even if the rules are NO BLOG, they still get posted by the dozen.

And what's amazing is the fact that it's all about the PS3 not having many games coming out until Christmas, while all consoles don't have many new games coming out either. After all, if your title is not out yet, you won't be sure it will land in a gift box for Chrismas. I'm even wondering if Unreal Tournament will do good in north america with such a late release.

And sadly, they must not have sold many because currently there's lots of those green 360 on the shelf. Maybe they should paint them yellow and sell them with something else?

"Best Buy gave away "Open Season" on Blu-ray to anyone that bought a PS3."

So if Open Season did so well, the PS3 must have sold like crazy.

Seriously, thanks to the usual guys who keep posting "news" coming from blog sites like those, you make us laugh.

Aren't we lucky to have Bloodmask, Round Peg, Blazin Prophet and other friends to light up an otherwise boring Sunday.

If giving away one BluRay if you ...

They keep coming back on how good the included remote has to be!!! Sure, it's the most important device in any HD set-up. Then he's suggesting two remotes that are probably the worst ones to control other equipment... What, you think you want to fiddle with 5 remotes all the time??? They most own only Toshiba equipment, because none of those remotes are great when it's time to talk to your other brand amp, hdtv, old dvd player, or don't even dare to talk to a PVR or Sattelite equipment w...

It's not a perfect game, but it didn't deserve all the fuss about it. Only one thing to add to LeShin perfect description: It's also a great game to have on your shelf for those people who are not gamers. I've seen pretty young players doing very well with it (much better than some reviewers I guess!). I've also seen some of my friends who hate consoles because they cannot stand the controllers (you know the type that won't play if it's not with a mouse and keyboard?) absolutely enjoying it a...

Think about it... You'll want one before Christmas because there's some awesome games already out... Resistance, Motorstorm, R&C, Heavenly, Uncharted, COD4, EoJ (big fan of this one, sry) and many more, so no need to wait anymore. And sure enough, 2008 looks awesome.

Being an early adopter, I have to admit, I envy people who are buying the PS3 now. Great games to choose from, and awesome future. Only problems they are having is "Which games to get first!"
